Abstract
A subtopic in Project Management where students are taught the issues of planning their cost, time and scope within the context of their project. Also, the importance of identifying the baselines during the planning stage. Students will also be taught the difference and importance of monitoring and control, risk identification and how it is related to monitoring and control, and the impacts of their decisions as project managers on the project's overall performance.
